We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited options.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order when order weighs more than a pound. All orders under 1 pound ship for $5 flat rate.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

*Please note - Shipping will vary on custom orders and wholesale due to the needed curing process. Soap curing can take upwards of 2+ weeks. We will be in communication throughout this process.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We always strive to deliver your products in a timely manner, but please allow for any unforeseen delays that may occur during transit.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Indigo River & Co. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or issues arise; please follow the directions below.

Please note that certain products may be excluded from our standard return policy. Custom commissioned soap orders, for example, are non-refundable as they are approved by you prior to payment.
