A Year of Glimmers, Growth & Community Nourishment

This Earth Month we’re celebrating a year of glimmers, growth, & community nourishment! From distributing hundreds of zines, to hosting our first craft day, expanding the resources on our blog and cultivating reciprocity through the sharing of produce, books, & art, we’ve aimed to make sustainability more accessible & community-driven here in Cedar Rapids. 

While we may be a low-waste shop first, we hope to exist as hub for connection too — a safe space to ask questions, gather with neighbors, and push ourselves to grow.

We believe collaborative social change is cool and Earth Month reminds us that our planet is desperately asking us to change. So, how will we choose to change together? Who’s already doing the work? How did we get here? And, what do we need to stay nourished along the way?
